About Us
Resilience Yoga & Wellness was born from a desire to create a safe space full of love and possibility.
We officially opened our doors as Resilience Yoga in July of 2023. Our desire is to continue building a yoga studio where both students and instructors feel safe, seen and valued. Where living in integrity carries truth. Where we embrace our true selves and live more fully in that realness. Where genuine connection is fostered among all who attend the studio.
Our speciality is heated yoga classes, from power flows to strong sculpt class. Alongside warm deep stretching yin classes and nourishing restorative. We definitely love to move and sweat, while also offering the slower recovery classes, to provide a wholistic yoga practice for all.
We welcome you to come be a part of our yoga family, whether you are a local or a visitor. We are constantly growing and evolving and would love to share that journey alongside you!

We have one studio room that fits up to 18 students. Some classes do have a smaller capacity due to the use of props.
We have a single person restroom inside the studio space, as well as in the outer hallway.
We DO NOT have a shower or locker rooms.

Please always plan to arrive at lest 5 minutes before class start time!
Be aware that due to the physical layout of our studio space, the main door will LOCK when the teacher starts class. This helps us not only keep belongings safe for you and the studio, it also honors time integrity for all students and teachers, as well as avoid disrupting the flow of class.
We start as close to on-time as possible. Thanks for understanding!
If you are late for class and the door has already been shut, please feel free to send us a message to avoid being charged the no-show fee.

No-Show Policy: All no-shows sign-ups, regardless of class payment type, will be charged an additional $10 fee, for all classes.
Cancellation Policy: Please do your best to cancel at least 1 hour prior to class start so that our teachers may plan their class accordingly and to allow the next student on the wait list a spot during our busy season. We currently do not charge as long as you cancel before the start of class, otherwise you will be considered a no-show (see above).
