Hot-Hot Vinyasa

Come join us for some true HEAT and FLOW! Classes is held at 100-105 degrees. This is a intermediate vinyasa flow that focuses on moving from each pose with ease and intention, while linking your your breathe as your guiding force. We will move through a series of vinyasa sequences and balancing posese, to open the body, connect to the core, and align with each movement. The class will come down to a series of cool down stretches, to bring deeper connection within yourself and move into true restoration. All levels welcome, modifications offered for the various levels of students. Flow, sweat and detox with the heat!

Power Beats

Move, sweat, release with an energizing and powerful class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. A Baptiste style class that moves through the Journey into Power sequence of poses, by linking strength and breathe, to awake the body and create vitality. We will play with balance while grounded in our body to find our inner strength. And finally we will end with longer held poses to help unwind, release and clam. Expect to sweat and leave feeling transformed! Class is heated to 90-95 degrees and set to up-beat music to flow with. An existing practice is suggested, and modifications are available for all levels of students.

Deep Fire Vinyasa

Get ready to sweat, play and strengthen in this 75 minute Power Vinyasa Flow! Begin by warming up the body with some vigorous Sun A salutations, ease into some fire building core work, and flow with ultimate presence into a creative sequence that will guide you into exciting inversions and arm balances. Come to this class with your inner curiosity turned on and explore how far you can truly take your practice! An intermediate style class, where all levels are welcome to come explore! Class is heated to 95 degrees.

Fierce Flow LV2

In this level 2 vinyasa class, we will expand our breath, find our inner fire, and test the imagined limitations we create for ourselves. Prepare for a combination of holding strengthening postures, practicing powerful transitions, and flowing one breath per movement. All classes will include warming up close to the floor to prepare for balancing, backbending, arm balances and/or inversions, and finally returning to the floor in preparation for the most important posture - savasana.

This class is designed to be challenging and stimulating in order to allow us the practice of calming the nervous system to find center after intensity. Bring water and a mat towel and be ready for louder music and a lot of fun! This class is heated to 100 degrees.

Heated Rocket

Classes are structured starting with sun salutations, followed by a standing series, seated series, finishing sequence, and finally rest. The focus during and between postures lies within bandhas, breath, and drishti applied in the traditional Vinyasa format of one breath, one movement.

Rocket sequencing introduces students to a taste of Ashtanga with modifications and fun transitions that can open up your practice to a new kind of transformation, without the dogma of a Mysore style practice. The Rocket gets you there faster.

All levels are welcome. Class is held at 90-95 degress.

Morning Hot Flow

A dynamic, heat-inspired yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm- a powerful vinyasa flow, moving mindfully through invigorating sequences that challenge your body and awaken your spirit. The warmth of the room helps you release tension and go deeper into each pose, while targeted core work builds stability and confidence. The class culminates in a restorative cool-down, where gentle postures and supported holds allow your body to absorb the benefits of your practice. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and empowered—ready to embrace the world with renewed vitality. This class will also offer elements of chanting and breathwork. Class is heated to 85-90 degrees.

Morning Bliss Flow

Cleanse and clear your chakras in this energy - body focused morning vinyasa flow. Class is heated to 85-90 degrees.

Piloga

A 75 minute Pilates and yoga fusion class in a 90-95 degree room. This dynamic session combines targeted movements with the use of weights and bands to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect an invigorating workout that will make you sweat, while improving your posture, core strength, and overall well-being. Come prepared to move, challenge yourself, and leave feeling revitalized! All levels welcome.

Yoga Sculpt

A powerful class that combines yoga and strength training through incorporating hand weights, cardio bursts, core work and more. This full body workout will help you build strength which will allow you to feel stronger in other yoga classes and activities. We will move to upbeat music and have fun in this challenging class. While this style class has a higher intensity level, modifications and weight options are available for all levels. No previous experience needed! The room will be heated to 85-90 degrees.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that works to get deep into the connective tissues of the body to release tension and calm the mind. Postures are held for a longer period of time (2-3 minutes each), using supportive props as needed. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a deeper access to flexibility and release. Class is held at room temperature of 75 degree. All levels welcome, blocks, straps and blankets are provided.

Restorative

Come relax and renew as we shed the demands from your day and prepare for the week ahead in this deeply nourishing restorative experience. With the help of supportive props, we will surrender to each posture, allowing our breath and our props to carry us through. This is your opportunity to simply give back to your mind, body, and spirit for carrying you this week, experience the beauty of yourself, and let go of anything that is not serving you. Let us return to our own essence and remind ourselves that it is okay to rest!
