Getting Started
Start with downloading the Momence app to your phone. Search for our studio, create a login and sign-up for the current New Student Intro Pass! Using the app is the easiest way to manage your class bookings. You can cancel bookings, send us messages, renew a membership and to stay in the know with community posts from the Studio about updates and events!

The Schedule
Class schedules are loaded every 2 weeks. Our classes changes with the seasons, weather and holidays. Always check online to see if a class has changed or was cancelled for a holiday or unexpected reasons.

Classes Start on Time
The doors open 15 minutes before class. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class, to allow time for parking, to get signed-in and to set up in the studio.
Classes do start on time and the main door will be locked at that time. This allows us to help you to drop into a state of mindfulness that is valuable in a yoga practice, without distraction.

What Do I Need For Class?
We require all students to practice on a yoga mat. If you do not have one, you may borrow a basic mat from us for free, or rent a $5 premium Manduka Pro mat. We also offer $5 mat towel rentals. $9 if you rent both.
Water is highly recommended for all heated classes. We have filtered water to refill your water bottle, or we sell Boxed Water at the studio. We do not offer cups or allow open containers in the studio.
Provided by the studio for each class: Sweat hand towels, yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, resistance bands, hand weights, eye pillows and cold lavender towels for the end of class. You may use these props as is appropriate for your class. All props must be wiped down and returned to the shelves after class, and used towels placed in the laundry basket after class.

Studio Facilities
The reception room is a safe place, where you may leave your belonging during class. The main door locks when class starts, to keep everyone’s items safe.
We have one studio room that fits up to 19 students. Restorative/Yin classes have a smaller capacity due to the use of props.
We have a single person restroom inside the studio space, as well as in the outer hallway.
We DO NOT have a shower or locker rooms! We do offer complimentary body wipes in the studio bathroom only, if you need to run back to work or have a meet-up afterwards, etc.

Late Arrivals/No Shows
Classes start on time and the main door will be locked at this time. We do not have front desk staff and desire to protect your belongs and ours.
Late arrivals are not permitted into class once the door has been shut, and are subject to our No-Show policy. All No Show bookings incur a loss of class credit or a $15 fee is auto charged for Unlimited passes. At the Studio’s discretion, we may grant you a 1 time late arrival grace pass, if this is not a frequent occurrence for you.

Late Cancellations
We have a select few classes that have a Late Cancellation requirement. These class (which will be denoted with ***) require a 1 hour cancellation prior to class starting, to allow our waitlisted students a chance to fill the spot, or to help us meet our minimum attendance during the slower season. All late cancellations either result in a $15 fee for Unlimited passes or a loss of class credit.
