Let's enjoy a technology free time, and please leave your phones, with the rest of your belongings, in the front room. We do not permit students to photograph or video record during class. If you are eager to get a picture or video for social media etc., please do so before class has started (and return phone to the front room) and ensure no other students are being captured.
Exceptions will be made for those with on-call professions or if you are responsible for another person who may need immediate services. Inform the instructor and set your ringer to silent.
No Show & Late-Cancel Policy
A No-Show is a class booking that was not cancelled before class started and the student did not arrive/attend. No-Show bookings are NOT refunded/credited back and student account will be charged an additional $10 fee, with no class credit refunded.
Late arrivals are subject to this No-Show policy as well. If you know you are running late and won’t make it to class on time, please go ahead and cancel your booking. If you do arrive on time after canceling, we can add you back in if class has not filled up.
NEW LATE-CANCEL POLICY
Has gone into effective starting February 16, 2026, and applies to classes that are often full and go into waitlist status. These class (which will be noted in the description of that class) will now require a 1 hour cancellation prior to class starting, to allow our waitlisted students a chance to fill the spot. A $10 auto-charged feel will be applied to a student's account, if they cancel after the 60 minutes cut-off (no exceptions).
Class Cancellations
Occasionally a class may be cancelled by the Studio, so please always check the schedule. If a class you have signed up for is cancelled by us, you will received a credit back to your account and an email notifying you of this cancellation. Classes may be cancelled for any of the following reasons: inclement weather or difficult driving conditions in the winter, if an instructor is ill or has an emergency, or we simply do not have an available substitute teacher. During slower seasons we often have a minimum booking requirement of 2 students, to hold class. A class that doesn't meet this minimum is then cancelled 1 hour before class start time.
Class Waitlists
If a class fills up, we do offer a waitlist. When a spot opens, the first student on the list will be notified via a text message to confirm that they want to be booked into class. That student will have 10 minutes to accept the open spot via text reply, before the system moves on to the next student on the list. We are unable to manually modify this process if you missed the text message or responded incorrectly. You must be able to receive text messages from the studio to be on the waitlist. Once the clock gets to 30 minutes before class, the systems moves to a fastest fingers first when a spot opens. So be sure to accept and hop in the car if you are able to class a last minute spot!
Age Requirements/Children
The minimum age allowed in a class is 14. All children under the age of 18, must have a parent register them them as a child account that is tied to their personal account and sign a liability waiver on their behalf.
We do not allow children under this attendance age to be present in the studio during class, nor may children stay in the reception room unattended by an adult.
